Abstract

Through field works combined with remote sensing data, deposits of the first glaciation that advanced confined to the Gallegos River Valley during the Middle Pleistocene, were identified. These deposits, until now considered as part of the Bella Vista Drift, were named Estancia Sofía Drift.
